Third-party Pharmacy Policy
We will no longer be facilitating requests for third-party pharmacies like Chewy, 1-800PetMeds, Allivet, etc. The staff puts endless hours into handling these requests and communicating with pharmacies with no return to the clinic.
We recommend visiting our online pharmacy for all your pets’ preventatives, recurring prescriptions, and prescription diet needs. Not only will prescriptions be delivered directly to you for a competitive price, our team can manage all requests efficiently from a platform that syncs with our clinic’s computer software and your pet’s medical record.
If you’d like to continue ordering from a third-party source, we can provide you with a written prescription that you may come pick up and use at your preferred pharmacy. Please allow 48 hours for these requests to be fulfilled. We will not be able to mail, email, or fax these written prescriptions due to the additional time required and safety concerns.
If you would like to order elsewhere, to ensure the MOST efficient process and turnaround time, we HIGHLY recommend you can ask for written prescriptions at the time of your pet's visit.

Refill Request Policy
- All medications require a 48 hour notice prior to picking up refills. This allows for the doctors to review and approve requests, the staff adequate time to fill medications, and limits the chance of mistakes.
- All food requests could take up to 2 weeks to fulfill. The hospital does not keep most prescription diets on hand and the ordering and delivery process can sometimes take up to 10 business days.
