No Shows and Late Cancellations
In consideration of others who need care, we ask that if you are unable to keep an appointment with our office that you please observe our cancellation policy as follows:
-If you know you will be late, please reach out to the clinic as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled or be charged a work-in fee. Being on time for your appointment is critical to receiving the best care possible and it is also thoughtful to the next client and patient.
-If you are a no call/no show OR you do not get in touch with Riverbound Veterinary Clinic within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged a no show/late cancellation fee.
